This website is provided to help you learn about JF Luxe and reach us to book transportation. By using it you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

You may not use this site to transmit unlawful, harmful or misleading content, attempt unauthorized access, or interfere with its operation.

Reservations and Booking

You may request a reservation by phone, text, email, or the Request a Ride form on this website. Every request is reviewed personally and priced individually by JF Luxe. No reservation is final until JF Luxe has provided you with a quote and you have accepted it. Pricing, gratuity, cancellation and rescheduling terms are confirmed with you directly at the time of booking.

JF Luxe makes reasonable efforts to accommodate your requested vehicle, timing and route, but availability is not guaranteed until confirmed.

Third-Party Links

This site links to third-party websites, including our social media profiles. We do not control those services and are not responsible for their content, availability or privacy practices.

SMS and Electronic Communications

By texting us at (347) 675-9829 or providing your phone number during a call, you agree that JF Luxe, the trading name of JFLUXE LLC, may reply to you by SMS about your inquiry or reservation. Messages are sent from a standard 10-digit local long code, not a short code.

Message types include quote replies, booking and reservation confirmations, pickup reminders and driver-on-the-way notices. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier plan. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any product or service.

You can opt out at any time by replying STOP; you may receive a single confirmation message of your opt-out. Reply START or UNSTOP to rejoin at any time. Reply HELP for assistance, or call (347) 675-9829.

Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle the information you share by text.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, JFLUXE LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of this website or your reliance on its content. JF Luxe's liability as a transportation provider for a specific reservation is governed by the terms confirmed with you at the time of booking.
