Information We Collect

When you reach us by phone, text message, email, or the Request a Ride form on this website, the information we hold about you is what you choose to share: your name, phone number, email address, and the details of your trip, such as the date, occasion, pickup time, pickup and drop-off locations, passenger count, vehicle preference, flight number, and any special requests. Requests submitted through the form are stored in our reservation and customer management systems so we can reply with your quote.

This website also collects basic technical information automatically, such as browser type, device type, referring page and pages visited, to help us understand how visitors use the site.

How We Use Your Information

We use the information you provide to respond to your inquiry, prepare a quote, confirm and manage your reservation, and coordinate your chauffeur and pickup details.

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with the service providers necessary to deliver your reservation, such as dispatch and scheduling software, and where required by law.

Cookies and Analytics

This website does not currently use analytics, advertising or tracking cookies. If that changes, this policy will be updated to describe what is collected and how to opt out.

Communications and Text Messaging (SMS)

Messages related to your reservation are sent by JF Luxe, the trading name of JFLUXE LLC. Consent to receive text messages is given verbally during a call, or by texting us first at (347) 675-9829; from that point forward we may reply by SMS about your inquiry or reservation. Submitting the Request a Ride form on this website does not by itself opt you into text messages.

Message types include quote replies, booking and reservation confirmations, pickup reminders and driver-on-the-way notices. We do not send marketing or promotional text blasts. Message frequency varies with your reservation activity. Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier plan.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, excluding the service providers that operate our messaging on our behalf, and only as necessary to deliver those messages.

Reply STOP to any text message to opt out at any time; you may receive a single confirmation message of your opt-out. Reply START or UNSTOP to rejoin after opting out. Reply HELP for assistance, or call (347) 675-9829.

We keep a record of your consent, including the date and method (a call or your initiating text message), tied to your phone number in our reservation system.

Your Choices

Security and Changes

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect the information we hold. No method of transmission over the internet or by phone is completely secure, so please avoid sending sensitive identifiers such as payment or government ID numbers by text or email.
